Based on Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and the data protection provisions of the Swiss Confederation (Data Protection Act, DSG), every person has the right to protection of his or her privacy and to protection against misuse of his or her personal data. We comply with these provisions. Your personal data will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be sold to third parties, but may in part be passed on to third parties for processing in accordance with this privacy policy.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully, as it describes how and for what purpose your personal data is processed when you visit this website.
Ratyng (Onloan GmbH) as data controller is responsible for the processing of your personal data on this website. For further questions regarding the processing of personal data or for the exercise of information rights, please contact us at the following address:
Onloan GmbH, Zürichbergstrasse 38, 8044 Zurich, Switzerland
In certain cases, another company may also be responsible for a data processing operation, for example when personal data is passed on to Intrum AG for the purpose of issuing the CoRa-Certificate. In these cases, these companies also act as data controllers.
When you access our websites, the following data is stored: IP address, date, time, as well as all data entered by you and uploaded documents.
Complete information about each type of personal data processed is explained in the designated sections of this Privacy Policy.
Personal data may be provided voluntarily by the user or, in the case of usage data, may be collected automatically when this website is used.
Unless otherwise specified, the provision of all data requested by this website is mandatory. If the user refuses to provide the data, this may result in this website being unable to provide the user with its services. In cases where this website expressly states that the provision of personal data is voluntary, users may choose not to provide such data without any consequences for the availability or functioning of the service.
Users who are unclear about which personal data is mandatory can contact the responsible person.
Users are responsible for all third party personal data obtained, published or disclosed through this website and confirm that they have obtained consent for the transfer of any third party personal data to this website.
We point out that data transmission over the Internet (eg communication by e-mail) may lead to security gaps. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible.
We process user data in a proper manner and take reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access and unauthorized disclosure, alteration or destruction of data.
Data processing is carried out by means of computers or IT-based systems in accordance with organizational procedures and practices specifically aimed at the stated purposes. In addition to the data controller, other parties may operate this website internally (human resources, sales, marketing, legal department, system administrators) or externally - and in that case, where necessary, designated by the data controller as data processors (such as technical service providers, delivery companies, hosting providers, IT companies or communication agencies) - and thus have access to the data. An up-to-date list of these parties can be requested from the data controller at any time.

Please read these Terms of Use (incl. Privacy Policy) for the Website carefully. By accessing the website [www.cora-zertifikat.ch] (hereinafter «Website») of Onloan GmbH (Ratyng) and Intrum AG (collectively hereinafter referred to as «CoRa»), you declare that you have read and understood the following legal information in connection with the use of the Website and that you agree with the Terms of Use.
The website is aimed exclusively at natural persons and legal entities domiciled in Switzerland.
The use of personal data is regulated in the privacy policy. The privacy policy is an integral and binding part of these GTC.
The information published on the Website does not constitute a solicitation of an offer or an offer or recommendation to buy or sell any product, to engage in any particular transaction, or to effect any other legal act.
All rights (including copyright, trademark and patent rights as well as other intangible rights) to all information and content (including texts, data, graphics, sounds and logos) on the website are, unless otherwise specified, the sole property of CoRa or the respective rights holder. Use of this information and content is only permitted for purely private, non-commercial browsing purposes. Any other or further use requires the prior express written consent of CoRa.
CoRa shall perform its services carefully and professionally within the scope of its operational resources and foreseeable requirements, unless CoRa is prevented from doing so by circumstances for which it is not responsible. The Buyer is aware that CoRa provides its services via the Internet or using communication networks. The provision of services by CoRa may be temporarily impaired or interrupted, in particular as a result of technical malfunctions, operational disruptions, disruptions or interruptions to communication networks and the failure of IT infrastructures or other parts of the infrastructure used for the provision of services. CoRa therefore provides no guarantee for the uninterrupted availability and faultlessness of its services.
CoRa makes every effort to accurately reflect and always update the information on the website. CoRa provides the information without warranty of any kind. CoRa assumes no responsibility, credit risk, or warranty for the accuracy, timeliness, completeness, reliability, or availability of the Website or the information or results or certificate obtained from the use of the Website or the Service, nor that the Website is free of viruses or bugs.
Liability claims against CoRa for damages of a material or immaterial nature are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
All offers are non-binding. CoRa expressly reserves the right to change, supplement or delete parts of the pages or the entire offer without prior notice or to discontinue publication temporarily or permanently.
The website of CoRa contains links to websites of third parties. When you activate these links, you leave CoRa's website. CoRa has no control over third party websites nor has it reviewed any third party websites linked to the Website. CoRa is not responsible for the handling of your personal data by these third party websites. Connecting to third party websites is at your own risk.
The final CoRa-Certificate will be sent automatically to the e-mail address specified in the order process after successful payment. The buyer is responsible for entering the correct e-mail address.
Benefit and risk shall pass to the Purchaser at the time of successful payment by CoRa. The purchaser is responsible for the receipt and safekeeping of the certificate. If the Purchaser deletes or misplaces the certificate, it must be recreated. CoRa may grant the Purchaser a discount on the renewed creation.
The Purchaser acknowledges that it is within its own sphere of responsibility and risk to have all the necessary technical equipment required to receive the Certificate.
Any modification or imitation of the certificate is expressly prohibited and will be detected as a forgery during verification.
The price shown or notified for the CoRa-Certificate is exclusive of value added tax.
When ordering a certificate, payment shall be made either by debiting the credit card (MasterCard, Visa) specified during the ordering process, by Twint or by invoice. It is at the discretion of CoRa to decide which payment methods are permitted.
A general right of return of a defect-free and correctly delivered certificate or a claim for refund does not exist. Should there nevertheless be a refund, this will automatically be made to the purchaser.
Cancellation or withdrawal from the contract by the Purchaser is excluded, since with the confirmation of the Purchaser, services are already provided by CoRa. The contract or service shall come into force upon confirmation by the Purchaser. After confirmation, the Buyer must: a) transmit all required data to CoRa completely and correctly and b) transfer the costs to CoRa in full.
CoRa reserves the right to withdraw from the concluded contract at any time, even without giving reasons (in particular if the delivered documents do not meet accounting requirements or are not auditable for other reasons).
Only in the event of an unfounded withdrawal on the part of CoRa or in the event of unilateral changes to the contract by CoRa will payments already made be refunded to the Purchaser.
CoRa reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. The last line of these Terms of Use reflects the date of the last update.
For all disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the website, unless otherwise provided by law, it is agreed that Zurich shall be the exclusive place of jurisdiction. CoRa unilaterally reserves the right to bring the dispute before any other competent court that would normally have jurisdiction over you. Swiss law is exclusively applicable to these Terms of Use.
